
The Iranian Soprano Shaghayegh Kamali was born in Teheran. She began her musical education at the "Faculty of Fine Arts" in Teheran University and continued later in Singing and Music-Pedagogy in Germany and the Netherlands. Shaghayegh Kamali, made her artistic debut in 1993. Since that time, she has worked to introduce Iranian music and culture to the world through a collaboration with composer Siavash Beizai.
