About Sergio Trujillo
Born in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico in February 1983. Sergio started studying piano at La Casa de la Cultura at age 12. During this time Sergio lived with his aunts and was heavily influenced by bands of the late 80’s and early 90’s, bands like Soda Stereo, Caifanes, Mana, La Ley, Fobia, U2 and Depeche Mode. At age 15 he migrated with his family to Southern California. He started studying guitar and bass at age 16 and at this time bands like The Beatles, INXS, Garbage, Metalica, and Café Tacuva were influencing his early music style.
