Semen Says started at a small apartment in Oporto, Portugal. They combine such instruments as guitar, portuguese guitar, synth, piano, organ, voices, couch-drum and table-drum. One of the most peculiar things about the band is their aim at what they call "musical chaos": about 90% of their songs are made on the fly (they only have a vague idea on the concept and start to record to see what comes), which creates their somewhat unique genre.
