Sean Ashcraft is an independent artist, composer, recording engineer, and student based in central Indiana. He is currently working to bridge the gap between art music and popular music, often composing in a "post-art" genre which includes electric guitars and drum set in the more traditional classical setting. He also often infuses advanced music theory techniques—such as spectral composition, metric modulation, and just-intonation to name a few—with more common rock genres to create thicker textures and forms
