About Scott Kreitzer
Scott Kreitzer was raised in South Florida and started playing clarinet at the age of 12. At age 15 Scott discovered the tenor sax during which time he simultaneously met Ira Sullivan, who later became his mentor. Scott spent his younger years seeing Ira live in concert, and was elated when many years later he joined his band. At 19 years old, Scott had the experience and confidence to venture to New York City where he had an opportunity to study with Joe Lovano
