About Scorched Deity
Scorched Deity were a heavy metal band, born on the 24th of September 2006. They were influenced by black metal and melodic death metal. Scorched Deity intended to reinvent the highly influential metal England got it's reputation for. Originally formed with the vision of creating a new sound, by founding members Phillip Larassey (drums), Nik Sinnett (Lead Guitar) and Ricky Wayman (Guitar/vocals). They wrote original songs and would go onto play their 1st gig on the 29th of October with the aid of Michael Tovey
