About Scolar Visari
Scolar Visari (voiced by Scottish actor Brian Cox) was the founder of the Helghan Empire, the Autarch of Helghan, and the main antagonist of the Killzone series. He was vicious and violent, uniting the Helghan Nation through his charismatic and compelling leadership to become a major power on the interstellar stage. He was responsible for Helghan's decade-long rapid militarization and the Second Extrasolar War, beginning with the invasion of Planet Vekta of the Alpha Centauri star system.
