About Scattershock
Scattershock's roots date back to the songwriting partnership of David Hearst and Steve Rosenthal in the 1980s. Various incarnations of the band were assembled and dissolved over the next two decades culminating in a Denver, CO recording session in 2000. After searching unsuccessfully for a vocalist to front the project, the band reentered the studio in 2007 with David laying down vocal tracks and fresh guitars on all 9 songs. Final mixes and mastering were completed in 2011 for the release of "Wrong Train", containing 9 original tracks.
