About Sasqwash
Sasqwash formed in Amherst, MA in 2008 by Zack Grey, Dan Shaw, and Tom Matherley. Zack is from the future, Dan escaped from hell, and Tom shredded himself into existence to make this music possible. They did their initial practicing in a haunted farmhouse in South Amherst, and in the early winter months the house still had no heat, so legend has it they would shred as hard as possible to stay warm. The band is known for their apocalyptically energetic live performance
