Sandra Kerr (born in Plaistow on 14 February 1942) is an English folk singer and player of the English concertina, guitar, Appalachian dulcimer, whistle and autoharp (and mother of Nancy Kerr, whose father is Northumbrian piper Ron Elliott). With John Faulkner, as Sandra Kerr & John Faulkner, Kerr wrote the music for the 1970s BBC TV series "Bagpuss" and voiced the character of Madeleine Remnant (the rag doll).
