Sancho Gebre (Tamirat Gebre Lenga –Birth name) is a popular Ethiopian singer, choreographer and dancer who was born in Wolaita Sodo, Ethiopia and raised in Areka, Wolaita, Ethiopia. Before joining the music industry he was a contestant in Ethiopian Idol which began in 2009 and ended on September 2011. He was a winner of the whole season in a category of single modern dance and finally got the title “Ethiopian Idol Winner in a single modern dance" category.
