
Salvatore Sacchi (1572, Cerignola, Italy -1622) was a 17th Century Italian composer. He was an composer and organist active in Rome, as maestro at Tuscanello, north of Rome (1607); author of numerous masses and motets.He is known from his description of himself on the titlepage of RISM 1607, a collection of works by Sacchi which also includes a piece by each of ten Roman composers.
