About Salman Gambarov
Salman Gambarov is azeri jazz musician. He was born in 18.04.1959 in Baku, Azerbaijan. In 1983 he graduated from Baku State Conservatory in musicologist specialty and in 1990 composition specialty. From 1992 he is the head of Estrada department in Baku Musical College. Since 1998 he teaches in Baku Musical Academy. In 1996 "Bakustik Jazz" was created. Musicians promote different jazz styles: from post-bop to ethno-jazz. Salman Gambarov was one of the members. Has participated in different international festivals.
