As a child, Sahab split his time between Fresno and Iran. While the Iranian revolution happened before he was born, it played a significant role in the artist he is today. The revolution is what drove his family to America, the love of their heritage and culture is what keeps them going back. The dichotomy that embodies him is realized through his visual art and his music. As a visual artist, you can see the magical realism within which his mind dwells.
