About Russ Hallauer
Russ Hallauer began his music career in 1990 as the leader of a ragged rock band called the Love Psychos. The short-lived Clemson, SC band shared several bills with another Clemson group called Sunbrain. In 1991, Sunbrain vocalist David Dondero asked Hallauer to join the band as a guitarist. Shortly thereafter the original guitarist left the band. Sunbrain went on to record four albums, tour the country and influence many young musicians. By 1996, Sunbrain had disbanded and Hallauer found himself in Athens, GA.
