Rulers of the Deep aka Vibe Residents met in 1998, when DJ Meri and P.Julm started their residency at one of the most talked about party in Estonia – Vibe. The duo became known under the moniker Vibe Residents. Vibe provided DJ Meri and P.Julm opportunity to play alongside artists like Josh Wink, King Britt, Roger Sanchez and more.
