About Rudzi
Rudzi - Rye - a youth folkore ensemble, formed in Riga, Latvia in 2008, and lead by the folklorist Ruta Stepiņa (also a member of the folklore band Lāns) who has united young musicians and singers, so that they can gain experience in creating, arranging and playing folk music songs. Hopefully these people will continue to play and we will hear more of them in the years to come.
