Ross Day is an 18 year old local boy from Leeds. He fits in perfectly with the singer/songwriter stereotype. Foppish hair and personality, plaid shirts and a sheer persona of awkwardness. His songs are stripped down to the core, a singer and an acoustic guitar. However there is a cold, wintery element. A bluesy harshness of romance and poetry. I have seen Ross perform at "The New Conservatory" in Leeds. His live performance emits the same demeanor as his recorded music. Harsh. Honest. One to watch if you get the chance
