The ROK in the ROK Channel stands for Republic of Korea Channel. Joon Kang is the founder of this webpage and his goal is to create contents from South Korea and to provide a view of Korea from an actual person. Joon Kang, having heard many podcasts from Westerners in Korea that speak about the country as though they're experts drove him crazy. His podcast "Love from orea & Japan" was a brain child of his for 4 years the reason he didn't start was because he is very picky about his co-host
