About Roisin Dempsey
Róisín´s background in music stems from a classical training and a love of traditional and spiritual music, which was nurtured in Maynooth while obtaining her degree in music and theology. Roiosin has toured and recorded with several international acts over the years, including “Riverdance – the show”, Anúna, Liam Lawton, Red Hurley, and Haley Westenra, not to mention numerous other freelance projects, recordings, and film scores. Róisíns time with Anúna (1994 – 2000) was spent travelling extensively to such locations as Europe
