About Rodney Cromwell
Rodney Cromwell makes breezy lo-fi synthpop, that sits somewhere between indie and synthpop. The debut album 'Age of Anxiety' combines an pop-sensibility with Krautrock rhythms, melodic bass lines and sounds made by toy instruments and vintage synths such as moogs and ARPs. Rodney Cromwell (not to be confused with the country singer with a similar name) is the alter ego of Adam Cresswell. Before the album the only previous release under the Rodney Cromwell moniker was a song on a bizarre tribute to The Lord of the Rings back in 2002.
