About Robin George
Robin George (born Robin Charles George Sidebotham in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire (now the West Midlands) on 8 April 1956; died 26 April 2024) was a British rock guitarist, singer, songwriter, composer and producer remembered for working with many leading artists and projects during the 1980s (including David Byron, Phil Lynott, Glenn Hughes, Robert Plant, John Wetton, and Magnum), while building a reputation as a guitarist, musician, producer, songwriter and solo artist.
