About Robert Desmond Band
Robert Desmond Band is a Canadian rock band based in the Greater Toronto Area, ON and formed in the late fall of 2006. The band features Robert Desmond (rhythm guitar and lead vocals), Matt D'Alvise (bass guitar and backing vocals), Peter Thivy (keyboard and synthesizer), Dave Hodges (drums), and Henry Dunn (lead guitar and backing vocals). The line-up formerly included Ian Buchanan (guitar) and Jason Hicks (keyboard). Desmond met Ian and Matt while playing with their cover band at the Hard Rock Café in downtown Toronto.
