About Retrograde88
Retrograde88 is an experimental band that intertwines the genres of dream pop, psychedelic rock, and shoegaze based in Boston, MA. Formed back in October 2021, the bandmates connected while studying at Berklee College of Music. Members include lead vocalist Francesca Londono, bassist Maddie Russell, guitarist Olivia Monarch, drummer Jack Becker, and synth/keys player Gabriel de Solages. They create a euphoric atmosphere with haunting harmonies, 70s-esque funk basslines and drums, and lush synthesizers and guitars.
