Part of Nashville's burgeoning electro-pop scene in the mid- to late 2010s, Remmi is singer/songwriter Rachel Smith, whose voice and lyrics bring depth to her breezy music. An Orlando native, she moved to Nashville in hopes of getting a job in songwriting and publishing. As she honed her approach, her music became increasingly electronic and drew comparisons to Cappa and Broods. Remmi released her debut single "Capable" in 2014 and followed it with a string of tracks that included "Star Spangled" and "Awake
