R.O.C has been a brain-child of Donny Romine (owner of Underground Ohio) for sometime now. "I knew this wasn't something I wanted to just jump right into. Things needed to fall into place. As if they were put there by God." Having been sitting on the project for sometime, the stars finally started to align when guitarist Brandon Mitchell (formerly of Swallowed by Apathy) accepted Jesus as his Savior. Having been a fan of Brandon's work with SBA, Donny knew immediately that it was time to get R.O.C off the ground.
