About Pulaski Swam
Founder members Nigel Stringfellow (bass) and Darren Levy (gtr and vocals) met at University in south east UK in 1988 and began writing together. The first results meant the arrival of the five piece glasshouses (1989) with Tim Maginnis on drums / vocals and a couple of other muscians (names not known). The band began gigging and went through the first of several name changes, resulting in the left field name of pulaski swam (1992 - became a four piece) and finally syrup in their final years.
