1) Public Disturbance was an early 80s American hardcore/punk band formed in Belmar, New Jersey. In 1983 they released the Public Disturbance LP and S&M EP (with cover art by Inger Lorre) later the same year. Members: Tom - Vocals John - Drums Darryl Hell - Bass Paul - Guitar 2) Public Disturbance (often abbreviated to PD) were a hardcore band from South Wales, formed in 1995. They went on to release two demos and two full-length albums, as well as contributing to several UKHC compilations before disbanding in late 2000.
