About Puberty
There are 2 bands with the same name: 1. Puberty formed in March of 2009 after Jen Clement was taught drums by Pat Flegel of Women and formed a band with roommate Sydney Koke (Trophy Wives, Incandescence) and good friend Nicole Brunel (Friendo, Mt. Royal) based on their mutual love for Sonic Youth, Delta 5, Gang of Four, Fugazi, Big Black, the Clean, Kleenex, and the Wipers. Since their inception, Puberty have played shows with Japandroids, the Famines
