Princess Ugly are influenced by goth, post-punk, darkwave and adjacent genres. They are a duo from Portland, Oregon formed in 2005 comprised of J. Christopher-Rome (words/vocals) and Christopher Moncrieffe (music/instruments) with occasional backing vocals provided by Cat Powell-Hoffmann and others.
