About Potsie
To me, Potsie is the posterchild for all things good about pop-punk and underground music in general: forget the slick corporate bullshit of bands like Greenday and Good Charlotte - this is basement rock, with the spazzy scuzz of Bay area legends Hickey, the earnestness of Jawbreaker, and the intricacy of Abi Yoyos. And with Gary Potsie on the drums, you know shit's about to get ridiculous. Their very first EP is gonna be coming out on Useless State Records on cassette tape soon.
