The concept for Polar Moon was developed by Jonny Radtke in Chicago, IL, during the fall of 2008. In the spring/summer of 2009 following his official departure from Kill Hannah, Jonny re-united with old band mate, former drummer of Kill Hannah, Garret Hammond, to contribute some drums and additional production to the project. Currently, Jonny is living in Los Angeles, playing guitar for A Perfect Circle's, Billy Howerdel, in his project ASHES dIVIDE, in addition to finishing the Polar Moon sessions.
