poème noir (also poeme noir ) are a band formed in Thessalonica, GR in 2005. The original lineup consisted of orestis(vocals), dim(guitars,bass), anastasia(violin) and yannis(keyboards). music on poetry, turning poems into songs, is the main idea of the project. after the summer of 2005,during which, dim, anastasia and yannis recorded 7 pieces at 'all-right' studio, orestis joins in and in 2006, 3 more pieces are being recorded (home recording, also at 'mix' studio). finally in 2006 the group releases their first demo, including 8 songs.
