Platzangst were a German band punk band who hailed from Hamburg-Stellingen. They called it a day in the middle of the 80s. Perhaps their most popularly known song is "An der Waterkant", a song about their hometown. Guitarist Scholle went on to play for a lot of local bands, last for Bronx Boys. Bassman Jason went on to play with Public Enemy 23, Rubbermaids and now is in Weltniveau. Singer Frankie now lives in Portugal as a farmer and drummer Boffer is now the headcoach of the FC St. Pauli 5. Herren football team.
