Platform Holly was a band originally formed in Isla Vista, California by 4 friends as The Swell in the garage of 6715 Trigo B. With the addition of a new member they became Platform Holly, inspired by a prominent old rig off the coast of Isla Vista. The members went their separate ways post graduation as part of UCSB's Class of 2014, maybe to reunite again someday...
