In 2002, PLAN C joined Toronto's collective musical consciousness and quickly found themselves ascending to become one of the most recognized and appreciated musical collectives in the city. Like a breath of fresh spring air, PLAN C broke Toronto's musical winter with their own combination of globally inspired grooves and street smart bravado.
