
Pasquale Fago (Naples, 1740 - Naples, November 10, 1794) was an Italian composer and politician, son of Lorenzo Fago and grandson of Francesco Nicola Fago, also a composer and music teacher. Pasquale also known as Pasquale Tarantino was the eldest son of the composer and teacher Lorenzo Fago. Nothing is known about his youth and musical training. In 1762 he was appointed organist of the chapel of the Treasure of San Gennaro, where 4 years later in 1766 he became choirmaster there, succeeding his father.
