Party At Her Place began with a great vision from David Bowles, after the retiring of his previous band, Shipshape and Bristol Fashion. Upon leaving the band he realized the "scene" was missing a different sound and needed something much more gratifying. An electronic band was something that had not been done before in his hometown, to do it he knew he would have to do it the right way. After messaging long time friend Justin Mulvaney, who had recently left his band as well
