Kelompok Paramour berdiri di akhir dasawarsa 60-an.Ketika album perdananya dirilis formasi Paramour telah berubah yaitu : Djajat (Vokal) Dadan (Drum,Vokal),Polly(gitar,vokal),Daniel .(keyboard,saxophone) dan Tonny Heriadi (bass).Pada formasi awal Bonny Nurdaya sempat mendukung formasi Paramour sebelum akhirnya diajak bergabung dengan the Rollies. Sebagaimana tipikal lagu lagu pop yang berkecambah di awal era 70-an,Paramour lebih banyak berceloteh tentang romansa asmara.
