About Paolo Zebolino
Hurdy-gurdy player, singer, composer and poly-instrumentalist, Paolo Zebolino was born in Genoa (Italy). He made his musical debut playing the electric guitar in various garage-rock groups. He began to develop a growing interest in traditional and early music and to approach the hurdy-gurdy which gradually became his main instrument. Starting from the 90's he began to perform in Italy and abroad. In 2001 he moved to Geneva, Switzerland, to study hurdy-gurdy, modal music and medieval singing with René Zosso.
