The name Pand can refer to either: (1) Dutch rapper from The Hague in The Netherlands. (2) Yo, Life for Peelamo and Dondo was tough back in the day. They stayed up the Lyle Hill (known by Police as "Da Hill") in the West Coast of Scotland, in a town called Greenock They grew up bad, drugs, crime, prostitution the lot. But they decided to start wrightin ryhmes to get them outta Da Hill and on to easy street. It worked. They have thrilled audiences around the world with there very truthful raps about life up Da Hill, love up Da Hill and Space.
