About Paisley Babylon
Paisley Babylon is the brainchild of Joe Wallace. The band is similar to Aphex Twin; a one-person studio maniac with a vast collection of sounds slowly being unleashed on the public. Paisley Babylon is a combination of psych/space and experimental sounds. Picture Brian Eno doing a studio session with Coil and Richard D. James in a weightless room. Joe Wallace started Paisley Babylon in San Antonio, Texas back in 1996 with the cassette-only release Synthetic Noises For Beginners.
