About Owen Harris and the Saracens
Though touted as a prodigy at the age of eight, Owen Harris was really something more of a performing circus beast. As a pianist he was, at best, mediocre; but his parents dragged him to events in Sarasota, Florida's jewish community at which he sang standards and played piano for gawking guests. Though he had a dismal start, he soon discovered classical music and his passion. He learned music theory and history at a performing arts high school where he picked up violin, ukelele, piano, and trumpet .
