About Oveja Negra
Oveja Negra is a name shared by several artists. 1) An Argentine blues and folk band formed in 1982 by Aníbal Forcada, Osqui Amante, and Willie Campins. They were part of a wave of new groups that emerged with the return to democracy—after the last civil-military dictatorship (1976-1983). All three musicians had previous careers. Live, the trio included Gringui Herrera (on electric guitar) and Fernando Marrone (on drums). They began performing in 1982 on the pub circuit in and around Buenos Aires.
