Outkast exellence (O.E) is a Greek hip-hop group formed in 2004. The hip hop today is global, our first and main idea was to create a group that includes persons who engaged in 1 of the 4 elements of the HipHop culture and come from different parts of ydrogeiou. In 2007 we took the title of Greek Hip Hop Band Of The Year after our victory in the Battle Of The Bands held at AN Club in Exarchia. Consists by 4 Mc's: N.O.E.(GREECE) , CONSTANTINE THE G(CANADA), MAD CLIP(NEW YORK) , TAREK(PALESTINE)
