Kowloon, Hong Kong (2009 – present) Otsuka Namie (Traditional Chinese: 大塚 奈美恵, born April 23rd, 1990) is a rising and very popular female Cantopop and Japanese pop singer from Hong Kong. She is an artist of the west north air-conditioner group limited (WNAC). In July 2009, her first single "423" was released, officially debuting as a singer.
