Orwell Nation were a political hardcore band from the Netherlands that existed for about a year in/around 2001. During the band's life 5 gigs were played and 6 tracks were released on a demo tape+cdr. Soon after the band broke up, Jos, Edo, and Rogier formed Kriegstanz. Members: Johan (Union Town, Mallorn, The People Listening, Wonder), Edo (The Barnhouse Effect), Mark (Shikari, Grinding Halt, Office Killer), Rogier (Betercore, Staathaat), Jos (Seein' Red, Lärm, Staathaat, Total Chaoz, Sextons) and Ralf (Staathaat, Opiate Records).
