
The Orphans formed in May 1995 in the Philly area...more specifically, in and around the area of West Chester, Pennsylvania (which happened to have a nice vibrant punk rock scene back then). The band broke up in June 2000, but reformed for a few reunion shows in October 2004 following the release of "Raise the Youth," a 21-track collection of studio tracks, live tracks, demo tracks, and related nonsense. Although The Orphans no longer play live, we are left with a batch of unique songs conveniently classified as "punk
