About Orchestra Sonora
Orchestra Sonora is a band that mainly performs funk and reggae music. Since 2006 Theofilos and George were trying to put together a band, but they were having trouble finding permanent musicians. They’ve changed many base and guitar players, pianists and brass players with no luck. In the winter of 2008 Vasilis Nalbantis and Ntinos Manos joined the band and few months later guitarist Christos Stavrides joined the band as well. During spring they had their first gig with the name “Orchestra Sonora”.
