About Orange 17
Orange 17 is/was a punk/metal/classic rock trio whom reigned highly amongst the thriving Fargo, North Dakota punk scene of the 1990s and early 21st century. Orange 17 consisted of Carl Qualey on vocals and lead, Randy Dever on Bass, and Johnny (last name unknown) on drums. The trio is purported to be living in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area now and has re-formed for numerous "last Orange 17 show ever" appearances. Their recorded material is limited to a number of small pressings as well as one quality demo.
